About YIOT Technology

We help international OEMs turn product ideas into manufactured parts, with engineering and production support from Dongguan, China.

YIOT brings together design review, prototypes, plastic tooling, injection molding, CNC machining, finishing and assembly. We work with customers to understand how a part will be used, clarify the manufacturing requirements and carry those decisions through to production.

Whether you are developing a new component or preparing an existing design for manufacture, our role is to make the next step clear: what needs review, what needs approval and what the project needs to move forward.

Resolve the practical questions early

A design for manufacturing review helps identify features that may affect mold construction, part release, appearance or assembly. Prototypes and samples give the team a physical reference for discussing fit and function before later production decisions.

We carry agreed requirements into mold manufacturing and injection molding, then review sample results against the approved requirements. Where a project also needs machined parts, finishing or assembly, those steps can be considered within the same project discussion.

Quality and Project Communication

Quality discussions begin with your drawings, material requirements and acceptance criteria. Drawing revisions, sample feedback and approval decisions need to be understood by everyone involved before the next production step.

During project review, we discuss the features that need inspection and the information you need to evaluate samples. If a requirement changes, the revised drawing or agreed change becomes part of the discussion about tooling, timing and subsequent checks.

Clear communication also means identifying open questions. Tell us about functional requirements, appearance expectations and assembly conditions so we can review them together. Project updates and approval checkpoints are agreed around the work, with manufacturing and validation timing defined for each project.
