Check the dimensions that matter
Inspection begins with a clear drawing and agreed acceptance criteria.
Identify critical dimensions, datum references, material and any functional requirements before sampling. The inspection method, tolerances, sampling and records should be agreed for each project.

Trial & first article

Dispatch review

Facility & quality questions
How do you choose an injection molding machine?
We review the projected area, cavity pressure, resin, mold dimensions and injection volume, then confirm a suitable machine specification. A nominal clamping class alone is not enough to choose the machine.
What dimensional tolerances can you inspect?
Tolerances depend on the part geometry, material, tooling, process and measurement method. Send a dimensioned drawing with datum references and critical characteristics. We will review the inspection approach and agree acceptance criteria for your project.
Can you provide inspection records?
Inspection records can be discussed as part of the project requirements. Agree the dimensions, sampling, report format and delivery stage before sampling or production so the required records are included in the quality plan.
Can I visit the factory?

What information is needed for a quotation?
Send the 3D model and 2D drawing if available, resin, quantities, finish, critical dimensions and any inspection or packaging requirements. We aim to quote within 24 hours after receiving complete information. An NDA is available; a full DFM review follows the scope and timing agreed for the project. Send your project information.
