From Mold Design to Production
YIOT Technology provides custom plastic injection molding, mold manufacturing, and OEM/ODM services for customers worldwide. We manage global sales and engineering support, with manufacturing carried out at our Dongguan Aoyuan base in Dongguan, China.
With more than 24 years of molding and tooling experience, our team supports projects from DFM and mold design through sampling and volume production, serving automotive, electronics, medical, and industrial equipment applications.

Before You Start Your Project
What do you need to prepare a quotation?
Send 3D CAD or 2D drawings, the intended material, estimated volumes, surface requirements and critical dimensions. Let us know the application, delivery requirements and any inspection or validation requirements. If some information is still open, tell us what you have so we can identify the next inputs.
Can we put an NDA in place before sharing files?
Yes. Tell us if an NDA is required before sharing confidential drawings or project files. Contact our team to arrange the confidentiality terms first.
What is included in a DFM review?
The review is defined around your part and project inputs. Typical topics include wall thickness, ribs, draft, parting lines, gating, ejection, material shrinkage and critical dimensions. We identify open questions and proposed changes for discussion before tooling.
How are inspection requirements agreed?
Share your critical dimensions, appearance criteria, measurement methods, sampling needs and required reports. Agree the inspection and sample-approval requirements with our team before production. Product validation and any industry-specific requirements should be included in the project brief.
