Q9: What is the lead time for mold manufacturing?

Standard molds take 25–35 days. Large or complex molds (up to 1600T) take 45–60 days including T1 samples.

Q10: How fast can you provide a quote?

We typically provide a quote within 24–48 hours after receiving your 3D files.

Q11: What certifications do you hold?

We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and follow strict internal QC protocols for all components.

Q12: What is the guaranteed life of your molds?

We guarantee mold life ranging from 500,000 to over 1,000,000 shots depending on the steel grade.

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

Q13: What are your standard payment terms?

For molds: 50% deposit, 30% T1, 20% approval. For production: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment.

Q14: Do you support international logistics?

Yes, we offer DDP, CIF, and FOB terms to global customers, handling all shipping and customs documentation.

Q15: Do you offer free mold maintenance?

Yes, we provide free lifetime maintenance for all molds that stay in our factory for mass production.

Q16: How do you handle quality issues?
