Yiot Technology is the dedicated global business and engineering headquarters, while Dongguan Aoyuan Plastic Products Co., Ltd. serves as our 12,000 sqm ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing base. Yiot operates as the official international sales division for Aoyuan, forming a single integrated entity to provide seamless service from technical design to global mass production. 
2. What is your manufacturing experience and precision level?
We possess over 24 years of experience in custom mold fabrication (Est. 2002). Our facility achieves a maximum tooling tolerance of ±0.0005mm (German CMM verified) and maintains a 0.02mm assembly tolerance for high-complexity projects like smart robotic cleaners and waterproof enclosures.
3. What certifications and manufacturing standards do you follow?
Our base (Dongguan Aoyuan) is ISO 9001:2015 certified (Certificate No. DZ/CN/2512005Q). We strictly adhere to international tooling standards including DME, HASCO, and MISUMI, ensuring global compatibility for all molds.
4. What is your automation capacity and machine scale?
We operate 68 injection molding machines (Haitian & Jiaming, 80T-440T). **100% of these machines are equipped with robotic arms** for fully automated production. Our mold-making department features 31 units including Japanese high-speed CNCs and Swiss Mirror EDMs.
5. What specialized molding processes do you offer?
Beyond standard molding, we excel in Double Injection (2K), Insert Molding, Overmolding, and advanced decorative technologies such as IMD (In-Mold Decoration) and IML (In-Mold Labeling).
6. Which international markets do you currently focus on?

8. What steel types do you offer for high-gloss medical parts?
We recommend S136H or NAK80 steel for medical applications, ensuring up to 1M shots.
